• Owned monetization (pricing paywall), onboarding, and inventory modules end to end, driving conversion and retention.
• Kept the app at 99.9%+ crash-free sessions through proactive monitoring and fixes.
• Built the release pipeline on Fastlane, GitHub Actions, and Slack to ship faster.
• Led the Kotlin Multiplatform initiative to share business logic across Android and iOS.
• Cut ~10 MB from the APK for better installs on low-end devices.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor engineers.

2019—2021

• Revamped app architecture and UX for better usability and engagement.
• Built a notification CMS with dynamic scheduling and user-level targeting.
• Shrank the app from 9 MB to 6.2 MB and cleaned up 38M+ push tokens.
• Built custom crash reporting for faster debugging and alerts.
• Added offline support for low-connectivity users.

• Designed the backend and database schema from scratch.
• Shipped an Android app and web portal with Admin, Student, Staff, and Guest roles.
• Built real-time chat with attachments and a test engine with math and chemistry notation.
